Saul Modlin Selling His $3.29 Million Home

Evidently Dr. Saul Modlin is selling is $3.29 Million home in Great Neck NY.  We wish him well with the sale, hoping that he sells it quickly and has a trouble free closing.

The home review was in Newsday and boasts 2 home theaters.  Wow must be a real nice place.

At a recent meeting I had with a colleague I was discussing my mom's situation and made a reference to the care that she had received.  Basically he told me what his father said; "Not all Doctors are A Students".

This document I found online regarding Saul Modlin is a Supreme Court of the State of New York Filing.  I'm not really sure what the document is about but it would suggest that the plaintiff went to some extraordinary lengths to make a claim.

Claims are often made in malpractice suits, but win or lose they are always serious and often involve life and death matters.

Another Review Website

Over the years many people have reviewed Saul Modlin, even long before he saw my mother.  I was struck by the fact that this Saul Modlin Review site talked about him being rude and that people should run.  I wish I had seen this site before mom went to see him.

A 2008 Liability Proceeding Website

I found this online the other day.  It was a court document in which Dr. Saul Modlin was named.  I'm not sure what it is all about, but it looked very serious.

Doctors are often named in malpractice lawsuits.  This one was from 2008 I think.

After Saul Modlin

Mom is still undergoing treatment from her new Doctor after we fired Dr. Saul Modlin.  What a shame that she has been in pain and discomfort.  So many headaches.  She had to have a procedure on her ear to release the pressure from the middle ear.  We wish Saul Modlin had done this months ago.  There is drainage of the infection coming out of her ears.  We wish this would have been identified sooner.  Thank goodness for her new Doctor.

2 Weeks since Saul Modlin

It's been a couple of weeks since we last saw Dr. Saul Modlin.  Since then, at the new hospital under the care of her new doctor she has had 2 additional biopsies performed on the mass.

We are hopeful that the news tomorrow will be good, and that she can now get the medicine that she needs.
